Use cases
Where STAQ helps production teams.
Production workflows
Shift handovers, changeovers, approvals with clear owners.
Operational data collection
Operators record checks and readings on a tablet or phone.
Equipment events
Alarms and readings that open incidents automatically.
Maintenance
Preventive plans and breakdown repairs per machine.
Quality processes
Deviations, inspections and corrective actions tracked.
Dashboards
Downtime, incidents and response time per line.
Integration
Works with the systems you already have.
STAQ can be integrated with ERP, MES and SCADA, IoT devices and other business applications, where those systems allow it.

Honest scope. STAQ is an operational and workflow layer. It does not control PLCs or machines. Specialized MES functions such as OEE calculation or product genealogy are assessed per project and confirmed only after a technical review.
In short
Digitalz implements STAQ as an operational layer for manufacturing companies: production workflows, equipment events, maintenance, quality incidents and dashboards, integrated with ERP, MES and SCADA where technically applicable.
Straight answers
Questions we hear every week
Is STAQ a MES?
STAQ can act as a flexible operational layer for production: workflows, equipment events, maintenance, quality incidents and dashboards, integrated with your ERP and existing MES or SCADA where technically possible. It is not a machine control system, and specialized MES functions are scoped per project.
Can STAQ connect to our ERP, MES or SCADA?
STAQ can be integrated with ERP, MES and SCADA systems through APIs and connectors where those systems allow it. We confirm the integration method for your stack in the first workshop.
Where do factories usually start?
With equipment maintenance and production incidents. They have a clear owner, a clear cost of downtime and fast results. Quality and other workflows follow.
