What is equipment maintenance software?
It is a system that keeps a registry of your equipment, plans preventive maintenance, takes repair requests, sends work orders to engineers and stores the full history. It is also called EAM or CMMS. Digitalz implements it on STAQ.
Can maintenance requests come from WhatsApp or e-mail?
Yes. Requests can come from a form, QR code on the equipment, e-mail, messenger, a phone operator or directly from sensors. Every request is linked to the exact asset and gets an owner and an SLA.
Can we control contractors too?
Yes. Contractors get their own access with only their work orders. Their response time, fix time and repeat failures are measured like your own team.
Do engineers need a mobile app?
Engineers use STAQ on their phone: work orders, checklists, photos and NFC or QR check-in. It replaces paper job cards and end-of-day reports.
